In this role you will optimize Partner Support Operations globally and enhance the partner journey across support channels. You will combine data-driven problem solving with strong stakeholder management to turn complex operational challenges into scalable solutions. You’ll identify gaps affecting partner experience and Pu0026amp;L, leading initiatives to improve service flows and key metrics.

This position offers the chance to shape scalable partner processes and work closely with Commercial to align with business needs.

- Identify operational improvement opportunities by analyzing service performance data across markets
- Prioritize opportunities based on impact to core metrics (partner satisfaction, contact ratio, churn, costs)
- Lead end-to-end optimization projects from problem identification to rollout and impact tracking
- Bring structure to multiple parallel initiatives with clear priorities, actions, and owners
- Develop Partner u0026 Agent Experience processes and optimize HelpCenter and Partner Support flows




- Collaborate with Commercial to ensure partner needs are met while maintaining efficiency and scalability
- Drive scalability and expansion by rolling out new service processes and product solutions across markets

Responsabilidades

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with ability to query and translate data into actionable improvements
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure complex work
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across teams
- Project management experience with end-to-end delivery, stakeholder xugodme management, and results tracking
- Prioritization skills to balance multiple initiatives by business impact
- Problem-solving能力 to design practical, scalable solutions while ensuring compliance
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, consulting, operations or similar
- AI mindset and proactive use of AI to improve productivity and efficiency
- Ownership and adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
- Fluent in English
