In this Field Solutions Engineer role, you will be the technical expert for Shield AI and Aechelon simulation capabilities across Europe, guiding customers through advanced simulation, synthetic environments, and AI-enabled mission systems. You will translate mission needs into credible solutions and support engagements from discovery to capture. The role sits at the intersection of defense simulation, training, and test, with a focus on European and allied markets.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reflect customer feedback in product roadmaps and demonstrations.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Serve as a customer-facing technical expert for Shield AI and Aechelon simulation across Europe
- Support customer discovery, technical briefings, demonstrations, RFIs/RFPs, proposals, and capture activities
- Translate mission needs and training objectives into credible solution concepts
- Engage with European, NATO, and allied defense simulation, training, test, and evaluation environments
- Explain image generation, synthetic environments, LVC architectures, sensor simulation, and AI-enabled synthetic agents to diverse audiences
- Partner with Business Development, Capture, Product, Engineering, and other teams to represent requirements and risks
- Help customers evaluate how advanced simulation supports training, mission rehearsal, testing, and experimentation
- Develop technical sales assets, briefs,



demo scripts, templates, FAQs, white papers, and explainers
- Maintain product truth in materials and discussions regarding capabilities, constraints, and roadmaps
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders, primes, integrators, and internal teams
- Travel across Europe and internationally for engagements and meetings
- Communicate in Spanish and English

Responsabilidades

- 7+ years in modeling and simulation, training systems, test and evaluation, image generation systems, or related technical customer-facing roles
- Direct hands-on experience with defense simulation or training environments for government customers
- Practical experience with image generation, platform-in-a-box, synthetic environments, threat models, LVC, sensor simulation, or scenario generation
- Strong understanding xugodme of how simulation supports training, mission rehearsal, and capability development
- Experience with customer-facing technical engagements, proposals, or workshops
- Ability to translate customer needs into feasible solution concepts and feedback
- Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Independent operation across complex international engagements
- Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
