In this role you will act as a technical reference for assessing and solving structural challenges in our wind turbine fleet. You will verify concrete and steel tower structures and collaborate with internal and external experts to drive robust engineering solutions. You will design and evaluate tubular steel, concrete and hybrid towers, and prepare high-quality technical documentation.

You will lead root cause analyses for field issues and support quick, cost-effective fixes on site. This role focuses on reducing cost of energy, increasing productivity, and driving continuous improvement through standardization.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Perform structural verifications for concrete and steel tower components in development projects
- Collaborate with internal and external experts and suppliers as a technical partner
- Design and evaluate tubular steel, concrete and hybrid towers and anchor cages




- Prepare technical documentation including reports and calculations aligned with project standards
- Lead root cause analyses for field issues and implement on-site solutions
- Support cost-of-energy reduction and productivity improvements in tower development
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement with standardization where possible

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or similar
- Knowledge of IEC 61400-6, Eurocodes, Model Codes, DIBt guidelines
- Experience with finite element analysis (Ansys, Abaqus)
- Understanding xugodme of bolted flange connections, pretensioning systems, and fatigue analysis
- Advanced programming skills, Python is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills; able to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English; German and/or Spanish is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in similar engineering roles
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Foreign qualification recognition as Spanish qualification and degree equivalency when applying
