In this role you lead the end-to-end supply chain at the Sant Joan Despí site, aligning demand, production, procurement and logistics to ensure product availability and cost efficiency. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial and Global Supply Chain to execute priorities and launches. You will pursue continuous improvement, digitalization and risk management to support growth and patient access.

This is a hands-on role in a dynamic, mission-driven CNS-focused pharmaceutical environment.

- Lead end-to-end planning and logistics processes (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Artwork Coordination, New Product Launches)
- Ensure alignment of demand forecasts with production capacity and supply priorities to safeguard service levels
- Drive inventory optimization and monitor key planning KPIs balancing availability, efficiency and working capital
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial and Global Supply Chain




- Identify and implement process improvements and digitalization initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
- Manage the Planning u0026 Logistics department budget and ensure cost discipline
- Support risk management and successful rollout of new products and strategic initiatives
- Ensure GMP compliance and regulatory standards across supply chain activities

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management in pharma/chemical/food industry
- At least 8 years leading Planning and Logistics teams in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Strong end-to-end SCM experience (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, xugodme Su0026OP)
- Proficient in SAP (MM, PP, SD) and production planning tools like Ortems or APO; advanced Excel
- Proven ability to balance service levels, inventory, and cost; data-driven decision making
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration across functions
- Leadership experience with team development and empowerment
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel occasionally (u003c10%)
