As Supply Chain Manager at Quaker Houghton in Barcelona, you will lead the local SC team and coordinate two manufacturing plants to deliver efficient, customer-driven operations. You will optimize processes, develop analysis tools, and ensure reliable logistics performance in collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Finance. The role sits at the intersection of execution and strategy, enabling the company to strengthen its market position.

You will help drive safety-conscious, cross-functional excellence and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain.

- Ensure performance of logistics partners including transportation, warehousing, contractors
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and other departments to align with company goals
- Manage shipping, production planning and warehouse teams, focusing on wellbeing, engagement and performance
- Support Site Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Manager or Central Team on projects, budget creation and KPI reporting

- At least 5 years in a similar role with team management, supply chain expertise, Lean Manufacturing and 5S know-how

- Languages: Spanish and English professional level (spoken and written)
