Experteer Overview As a Senior Data Scientist at EY GDS, you design and deploy cutting-edge AI models and systems at scale. You’ll work within a global delivery network to apply ML/AI solutions in production, with emphasis on NLP and GenAI. You partner with software and operations teams to integrate reliable AI solutions, driving measurable business impact. This role offers hands-on technical leadership and opportunities to shape AI capabilities across projects.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Build, train, validate and deploy end-to-end ML models in production environments
- Design and implement AI models and systems with a focus on NLP and GenAI
- Collaborate with software engineering and operations teams for smooth integration and deployment
- Establish MLOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and versioning
- Deploy and manage AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)




- Apply responsible AI practices including monitoring for fairness, transparency and accountabilityResponsabilidades
- 3+ years in Data Science and AI
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, Scikit-Learn
- Strong NLP knowledge (tokenization, embeddings, string similarity) and ML problem framing
- Data analysis skills to derive actionable business insights
- Hands-on MLOps experience and CI/CD workflows; model monitoring and versioning (Git, Azure DevOps)
- Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative fieldRequisitos principales
