The role

As a Packaging & Artwork Project Manager, you will lead the development of packaging and digital assets from concept and design through to final production and delivery. Acting as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Agencies, Artwork Studios, Printers and Production teams, you will manage the flow of packaging-related visual communications across innovation and renovation projects for a portfolio of global brands.

Working in a highly international environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple markets, functions and suppliers, where English is the language used for day-to-day communication, project coordination and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

- Coordinating the artwork production between agencies, printers and client
- Ensuring the deadlines are met, checking the progress with production, managing and coordinating the project.
- Responsible for the on-time & on-quality delivery.
- Providing the client and production team with clear visibility on the timing and the global roadmap
- Responsible for the development and execution of packaging ranges,
- Works project based on various brands in the portfolio.
- In charge for all packaging development stages:



Packaging design development creates design brief and leads all design development stages with design agency, including potential packaging research (with the support of CMI) and coordination of key stakeholder's input.
- Ensure validation processes of key elements on pack (images, marketing text, ingredient list and legal requirements) with internal (line managers) and external stakeholders (markets and global business units) using adapted digital interfaces.
- Responsible for inputting all key packaging elements in internal digital interfaces, managing market translations and validations requiring high precision.
- Responsible for briefing pre-press/repro partner providing the required technical printing and supply chain details required.
- Manages the day-to-day relationship with in-house and/or external adaptation partners to ensure on time printing.
- Responsible for the delivery of all required files to the printers and ensures proof printing control with the related suppliers.
- Supports the digital archiving of packaging and design assets on internal platform. Manages photography and illustration rights.
- Manages assigned budget by projects, ensuring solid financial control
- Exhibits passion for details, precision and solid timeline management skills. Interest in latest design and printing solution evolution.
- Supporting marketing in making appropriate current and future choices to ensure the best ultimate execution.

Minimum qualifications:

• 5+ years design/pre-press agency experience in account management and/or project

management.

• Experience in working in cross-functional teams, managing agency relationships, and experience

managing packaging artwork projects from brief development through to print execution

• Excellent knowledge of the graphic chain and packaging (artwork and reprography), printing

processes (offset, flexo, rotogravure), proofing and colour management.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead meetings, manage stakeholders and coordinate projects across multiple markets.

• Spanish and/or French would be considered a plus.

. Location: Candidates must be based in Spain, France, Italy, Poland or the United Kingdom.

. Fully Remote role

. Contract: Full-time 2-year contract.
