As a Senior Learning & Development Partner, you will define and drive tailored learning strategies to support the growth of eDOers and business success. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, design engaging solutions, and measure impact. You’ll coach leaders, foster a learning culture, and enable AI-enabled transformation to accelerate change. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on program delivery in a hybrid Barcelona setting. You will help translate business goals into people outcomes that move the company forward.

Responsabilidades

Engage with business leaders to identify needs and close capability gaps as an internal consultant
Build relationships across teams to foster a learning culture and drive business results
Design and deliver tailored learning experiences for managers and teams, with impact assessment
Provide data-driven insights to optimize future learning initiatives
Manage end-to-end learning programs from needs analysis to delivery and measurement
Offer personalized coaching to leaders to strengthen capabilities and support career growth




Stay updated on learning trends and AI tools to continuously enhance offerings
Enable leaders to build AI capabilities to accelerate transformation and adoption of new ways of working

Requisitos principales

Background in leadership development and coaching
Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or related field
Ability to design and deliver learning solutions with measurable business value
Proven track record of tracking behavioral adoption and business impact metrics
Experience with AI tools (Gemini, Claude or similar)
Curiosity to explore and integrate AI-driven solutions into workflows
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong executive presence and facilitation skills xkdbapo
Self-starter with initiative and idea generation
Analytical thinker who uses data to drive learning improvements
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across functions
Proven coaching experience with mid-to-senior managers and constructive challenge using data-driven insights
