Overview In this role, you partner with the GCO and cross-functional teams to shape the vendor strategy across the clinical program lifecycle. You translate program plans into integrated vendor approaches, enabling early engagement, pricing and risk management, and efficient execution. You influence decision-making at the program level to drive productivity and value realization. This position offers impact across global trials, contributing to clinical strategy and program transformation.

Responsabilidades
- Serve as the program-level business partner for vendor strategy across the clinical program lifecycle from concept to closeout
- Align portfolio needs with vendor capabilities by partnering with Program Heads, Procurement, and other stakeholders
- Lead development and execution of master vendor strategies including identification, pricing inputs, selection, and risk mitigation
- Maintain a program-level view of vendor delivery, performance, and risk across trials with data-driven insights




- Enable early vendor engagement from concept through feasibility and high-level service requirements
- Drive program-level productivity and value realization by identifying opportunities and tracking benefits
- Provide strategic direction to Trial Vendor Managers and Vendor Start-up Managers to ensure consistent execution of the program strategy

Requisitos principales
- Advanced degree in a scientific or business discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Significant clinical development and clinical operations experience including leadership of outsourced trial activities
- Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities to translate strategy into action
- Strategic mindset with success leading complex general programs
- Experience leading through change and fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of clinical trial methodology, GCP, vendor services, and regulatory requirements
