This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact, high-growth project from the very beginning.Position: Defective Product Analysis and Repair TechnicianAs part of the QMD Department, you will be responsible for repairing defective products, analyzing failure causes, feeding back production line abnormalities, and assisting superiors and colleagues in work improvement.What You Will Do:Complete analysis, rework and data upload of defective products in accordance with repair instructions and relevant requirements Corresponding Document:" Non-conforming Product Analysis and Rework Process" (60%)Timely report quality status to responsible engineers, production administrators and production support engineersCorresponding Document:" Non-conforming Product Analysis and Rework Process" (10%)Manage the defective product scrap (PCBA) (Digital and physical) (10%)Assist superiors or colleagues in root cause analysis,
