In this role you contribute to the development and coordination of biological technologies for environmental gas treatment within Eurecat’s WAS unit. You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to advance R&D;&I; projects from concept to implementation, addressing air and gas treatment challenges. The position offers hands-on laboratory, pilot, and demonstration-scale work, with opportunities to shape long-term research lines and collaborate with industry partners.

Responsabilidades

- Drive development of biological technologies within the Air and Gases research line
- Identify opportunities for new projects through technology scouting and monitoring
- Liaise with clients and partners to support project follow-up




- Prepare quotations and proposals at Catalan, Spanish and international levels
- Coordinate teams and/or manage technical tasks within R&D;&I; projects
- Conceptualise, plan, supervise and carry out project tasks and analyse experimental results

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Environmental Engineering or related field; Master’s in sustainability or related area
- Experience in biological treatment of gaseous effluents (bioscrubbers, biotrickling filters) xkdbapo
- Experience in biological technologies for CO2 and CH4 valorisation
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in conceptualising and preparing R&D;&I; project proposals
- Ability to work autonomously, with initiative, scientific rigour and results orientation
