Youll design the images that carry our advertising.

What you'll do
* Design static ad creative for Meta from our product photography, studio shoots and creator content
* Work from structured briefs that carry creative direction and recommended ad copy
* Produce both polished premium brand statics and native, unpolished statics designed not to look like ads
* Iterate variations on proven top-performing creative
* Retouch product imagery to a premium standard
* Deliver in batches,



correctly sized for every placement, through our internal review process What we're looking for
* Demonstrable static ad work that ran on Meta for DTC brands, ideally fashion, jewelry, watches or lifestyle
* Strong visual taste and an understanding of premium versus cheap
* Advanced Photoshop; Figma or After Effects for light motion a plus
* Reliable batch turnaround and organised file delivery
