As Engineering Lead with a frontend focus, you steer a team of engineers to shape Fever’s frontend platforms and web experiences. You’ll stay hands-on, influence architecture, and drive scalable, high-performance solutions that impact millions of users. Collaborating with Product and Design, you translate business needs into technical directions and foster continuous improvement. This role blends leadership with technical execution to advance Fever’s mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment.

Responsabilidades
Lead, mentor and grow a team of software engineers
Drive the technical direction of frontend platforms and web experiences
Contribute to architecture, technical design and key engineering decisions
Build scalable, performant and maintainable front-end solutions for high-volume users




Partner with Product and Design to translate business needs into technical solutions
Improve engineering efficiency through standards, tooling and automation
Drive continuous improvement in performance, quality, reliability and developer experience
Requisitos principales
Strong experience in Frontend Engineering and modern web technologies
Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next. xqbhyrx js, Vue, Svelte, Angular or similar
Previous experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Frontend Engineer or similar role
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalability
Hands-on with the ability to make technical and architectural decisions
Experience mentoring engineers and supporting their development
Strong communication skills and collaboration with Product and Design
Experience with high-traffic digital products or fast-growing tech companies is a plus
