In this role you help scale Factorials Customer Experience by turning numbers into actionable plans. You own revenue movement analysis, forecasting, and target setting for the CX organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will uncover patterns in historical data, translate insights into growth ideas, and present data-driven narratives to leadership. MRR and revenue movements tracking and analysis across the CX portfolio with clear explanations of drivers
Planning and target setting by building models that translate company goals into team- and individual-level targets




Trend analysis to identify patterns in historical data and surface insights
Executive storytelling through data-rich, executive-ready slide decks for All Hands and management reviews
Requisitos principales
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
Numerical reasoning and data interpretation
Logical, structured thinking with problem decomposition
Clear English communication (written and spoken)
1+ year in xqbhyrx a role where numbers were core (FP&A;, financial analysis, business analytics, RevOps, consulting, audit, banking, pricing)
SQL basic (benefits if present)
Strong slide-building skills for executive-ready presentations
Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, Gemini) and willingness to learn
