Managing the Order to Cash process for customers.
Monitoring product availability and coordinating with Logistics.
Monitoring collections and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
Ensuring service quality while building strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
Some previous work experience (internship or first job), regardless of the field.
Native or near-native level of Flemish, plus advanced French and English.
Tech-savvy mindset and interest in AI and digital tools.
Permanent contract.
Hybrid model: 2 days remote / 3 days in the office.
