In this role, you help customers unlock value from Unit4 Financials by translating product capabilities into measurable outcomes. You will partner with Customer Success Managers to drive adoption, optimisation, and value realisation across finance processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to reduce customisation, promote standard functionality, and guide customers through scalable ways of working. This is a customer-facing, impact-focused role at a high-growth, people-centric cloud ERP company.

Responsabilidades
Shape and evolve customer Success Plans by linking business objectives to product adoption and value
Identify adoption gaps and optimisation opportunities across Financials, Procurement, Reporting, Budgeting, and related processes
Help customers improve financial efficiency, reporting accuracy, governance, compliance, and decision-making through Unit4 Financials
Promote scalable, standard functionality and encourage adoption of new capabilities
Analyze usage and processes to identify opportunities for value realisation and operational improvement
Support Value Enhancement Services (VES) by triaging needs and aligning with outcome-based packages or initiatives
Collaborate with Consulting, Support, Product Management,



and Customer Excellence to remove blockers and accelerate outcomes
Advocate for customer needs to Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams for continuous improvement
Act as a trusted adviser on financial process optimisation, reporting best practices, and digital transformation initiatives
Requisitos principales
Minimum of 4 years experience in ERP consulting, ERP support, Customer Success, or solution delivery with focus on financial management solutions
Experience with Unit4 Financials (U4F) is a must
Strong understanding of core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting/Forecasting, Financial Reporting, period-end/year-end)
Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value and guide customers to strategic outcomes
Confidence engaging xqbhyrx with customers on adoption, optimisation, and value realisation
Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and practical improvement recommendations
Experience with financial reporting, analytics, dashboards, data structures, and reporting tools
Ability to turn ambiguous needs into clear recommendations and action plans
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
Proactive, consultative mindset focused on customer value and continuous improvement
Experience in Higher Education, Public Sector, Professional Services, or related industries is advantageous
