As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Factorial, you will source, attract, and hire top talent across the GTM DACH markets, collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand needs and drive smooth onboarding. You’ll build high-performing teams for an expanding international organization and contribute to People initiatives, including analytics and inclusion efforts. This role offers exposure to cross-functional hiring across sales, experience, marketing, and more, in a fast-growing, global tech environment.

Responsabilidades
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across teams and levels
Screen candidates via resume review, phone interviews, assessments, and behavioral interviews
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience,



Marketing and other teams to understand needs and advise on recruitment strategy
Strategize talent sourcing through events, community building, and proactive outreach
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages
Source passive candidates from multiple channels and engage them in the process
Contribute to People Analytics, Recruitment Training, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and related initiatives
Requisitos principales
Proven track record in Talent Acquisition, ideally in international or diverse markets (German/DACH/WORL) xqbhyrx
Fluent in English and German; additional languages a plus
Experience hiring across multiple functions in a tech/scale-up environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver with attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
People person with strong communication
