As Lead AI Engineer, you will shape and scale core AI services within the Generative AI and AI Quality space, setting technical standards and architecture. You’ll influence the AI roadmap, drive high-availability systems, and tackle challenging problems in an AI-first environment. You’ll lead by example, mentor engineers, and collaborate with researchers and cross-functional partners to deliver production-grade AI solutions that align with the company’s mission of advancing AI governance, quality, and innovation. Responsabilidades
Lead design, implementation and scaling of core AI services for high availability, performance, and security
Make strategic decisions on models, evaluation frameworks, retrieval systems, agentic workflows, and custom fine-tuning
Define and champion LLMOps, MLOps and DevOps practices to enable agile, high-quality product delivery
Execute the long-term AI roadmap while upholding best engineering standards




Collaborate with research and technical partners to leverage advanced computational resources for cutting-edge AI solutions
Translate research into scalable production-grade AI systems with cross-functional teams
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, architecture design, and guidance
Foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing across the team
Requisitos principales
8+ years building, deploying, and scaling complex software
at least 4 years in Machine Learning / Deep Learning products
Proven ability to thrive in fast-growing environments
Demonstrated experience guiding technical strategy, mentoring teams, and influencing roadmaps
Hands-on Generative AI expertise across the full LLM lifecycle: fine-tuning, RAG, agentic systems, production-grade xqbhyrx evaluation
Expertise designing and scaling production-grade AI/ML systems using Python and deep learning frameworks
Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining robust AI solutions at scale with MLOps / LLMOps
Familiarity with LLM orchestration, vector databases, knowledge graphs, observability, and evaluation frameworks
Strong communication skills to articulate trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives
Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field (PhD preferred); fluent in English and Spanish
