In this role you drive reliable supplier deliveries for in-service spares and manage cross-functional task forces to protect customer satisfaction. You act as the main liaison with suppliers, overseeing material flows to ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective outputs. You’ll coordinate MRO and retrofit support, lead improvement initiatives, and keep contracts aligned with delivery commitments. This position sits in the Services Supply Chain within Air Power Services and offers a hands-on chance to shape service delivery at Airbus Defence and Space.

Responsabilidades
Act as supplier focal point for operational activities and contract execution
Oversee material flows to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets
Monitor supplier performance and understand supplier scope and risks
Demand management and ordering
Manage missing parts and implement recovery plans with suppliers




Coordinate IPLs and support across SC Services and stakeholders
Support MRO and Retrofit activities and task forces
Drive delivery improvement plans to conform with contracts
Provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers
Manage export controls: export license signatures and classification declarations
Oversee invoice management to ensure timely payments to suppliers
Requisitos principales
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Export control (advantageous)
Experience in aviation aftermarket or services xqbhyrx (advantageous)
Engineering degree or related discipline
SAP knowledge; MS Office; Google Suite
English: Negotiation level; Spanish: Advanced level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
