In this role you drive adoption of Autodesk solutions for Design & Manufacturing customers across the EMEA region. You engage customers at activation, guide onboarding, and set them up for long-term success, collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate value realization. You analyze usage data to surface insights and reduce friction, shaping onboarding strategies that boost product usage. This is a mission-driven opportunity to help customers scale their adoption and realize ongoing value. You will be part of a global Customer Success team that champions customer outcomes and growth.

Responsabilidades

- Serve as the primary contact during product activation, guiding login, user assignment, and project setup
- Drive high-volume engagements via phone, email, and digital channels to maximize customer impact
- Develop and execute onboarding and adoption strategies to increase value and usage
- Support customers through early milestones,



identifying and resolving friction points
- Analyze activation and usage data to identify trends and improve outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Channel Partners, and Support to achieve milestones
- Document all customer activity and opportunities in Salesforce

Requisitos principales

- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, technical support, or similar)
- Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion or comparable D&M; tools (e.G., SolidWorks, CATIA, Siemens NX)
- Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities simultaneously
