In this Growth Data Scientist role, you drive innovation in growth modelling to support Ebury’s ambitious global expansion. You’ll build and refine predictive models that inform sales enablement and optimize commercial opportunities. Your work bridges data science with practical sales tools, enabling faster, smarter decision-making across teams. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to embed models into sales platforms and scale advanced analytics in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Drive innovation in growth modelling and refine models to improve accuracy and performance
• Develop and refine models for sales enablement and growth (lead scoring, conversion, profitability, etc.) using Python
• Analyse sales data to identify patterns and opportunities to enhance lead scoring and sales strategies
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Sales Analysts to integrate models into sales enablement platforms
• Support adoption of advanced analytics tools within the sales team and align outputs with business objectives
Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of experience in Data Science or related roles
• Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with machine learning libraries
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and ML models, with ability to interpret results
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams xqbhyrx
• Experience working with Data Engineers, Analysts, and business stakeholders to align models with business objectives
• Problem-solving mindset with data-driven approach to sales and growth challenges
• Self-motivation and curiosity in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
