A construction company in Palma is looking for a First-Class Plasterer to handle specialized surface applications on Mallorca. In this role, you will work on-site in Palma, working with natural materials and artisanal techniques to achieve high-end decorative results.

Your main responsibilities will focus on the preparation, mixing, and specialized application of natural mineral plaster:

- Selecting, preparing, and artisanally mixing natural lime imported from Marrakech.
- Monitoring lime maturation, balancing exact proportions, and pigmenting mixtures using natural mineral products.
- Performing thorough technical preparation of substrates and wall surfaces before application.
- Applying specialized plaster coats and traditional finishes with meticulous attention to detail and texture.

To qualify for this position,



you should bring solid hands-on experience and a passion for artisanal craftsmanship:
- At least 12 months of proven professional experience as a first-class plasterer.
- Prior training or practical experience in the specialized application of decorative Tadelakt coatings is highly valued.
- Deep understanding of surface preparation, lime handling, and mineral pigmentation techniques.
- Dedication to precision, clean workmanship, and reliable on-site execution.

What this position offers:
