As a Test Specialist focused on Human Factors, you support integration testing across simulators, labs, and flight tests within the Getafe site. You work with cross-functional teams to prepare, execute, analyze, and report HF test activities, aligning with program Vu0026amp;V plans and certification needs. You contribute to data reduction and HF evaluation methods, driving safe, efficient avionics integration. This role offers varied, engineering-centered challenges in a multinational, mission-driven environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead Human Factors testing across simulators, labs and aircraft/test activities
• Support development, certification, qualification, and production test activities per program requirements
• Assist flight test preparation, data reduction and analysis, and external flight campaigns coordination
• Coordinate with Test Framework, instrumentation, design offices, and program managers
• Prepare and review Test Plans, Requests, and Test Reports; support certification meetings




• Provide HF expertise for system architecture and design decisions from a Human Factors perspective
• Analyze and validate aircraft limitations and snags for design modifications
• Improve data analysis methodologies and manage testing priorities
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Factor aspects within Integration Testing (Simulators/RIG/AC Level)
• Knowledge of HF concepts (Workload, Situational Awareness, usability, HMI, errors management, fatigue, ergonomics)
• Experience with HF Test Scales and Evaluation Methodologies (Bedford, NASA TLX, xqbhyrx ISA)
• Experience with HF Development and Certification Processes (COHDA, FAHDA, Local/Integral Evaluations)
• Knowledge of Integration u0026 Tests route map
• Excellent time management and adherence to milestones
• Willingness to travel and operate across multiple sites
• English and Spanish at negotiation level
