In this Program Manager role at Eaton, you will lead large, cross-functional programs that advance operational excellence, service enablement, and infrastructure modernization across the organization. You will bridge strategy and execution, coordinating operations, engineering, technology, finance, and supply chain to deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll define objectives, governance, and roadmaps while driving change management and adoption of new tools. This is a chance to shape multi-country initiatives, including data center campus projects, within a collaborative, sustainability-focused culture.

• Lead planning, governance, and execution of complex cross-functional programs
• Define objectives, scope, success criteria, and roadmaps aligned to strategy
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, reporting structures, and decision processes
• Coordinate stakeholders across functions to ensure successful delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and resources
• Drive operational readiness, change management, and adoption of new tools and ways of working
• Support planning and delivery of data center campus frameworks across planning, design, installation, commissioning, and transition-to-operations




• Define and monitor KPIs, provide executive-level progress reports on risks and achievements
• Facilitate prioritization, trade-offs, and strategic decisions for senior leaders
• Foster continuous improvement to standardize processes and scale best practices
Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of program management, operations, consulting, PMO, or related leadership experience
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in matrixed environments
• Budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement experience
• Experience in multi-country environments (EMEA) service delivery, operational transformation, infrastructure, engineering, xqbhyrx construction, data center, or technology programs is highly desirable
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced program and project management expertise (PMO, Agile/Waterfall)
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Ability to translate business problems into structured programs
