As a Data Analyst (Product) you enable data-driven decisions for the Everyday Banking domain. You work with product, engineering, and design to measure impact, set measurable goals, and drive data literacy. You’ll build dashboards, support experimentation, and contribute to a self-serve analytics platform, helping teams turn data into insights that steer product strategy and OKRs. This role blends analytics with cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsabilidades
Set clear, measurable targets and improve forecasting for initiatives
Be the internal data go-to for teams and stakeholders
Support product experimentation and A/B testing; design test plans and deliver actionable insights
Help build a self-serve analytics platform with technical peers




Create dashboards to monitor impact against OKRs
Improve data literacy and run data-led training and workshops
Collaborate with other analytics teams to leverage shared platforms and insights
Support discovery of new product ideas and define success metrics
Ensure data collection for future evaluation through tracking events and backend services
Lead quantitative analysis and insights generation for the product segment
Requisitos principales
3+ years in Product or Analytics field
Strong understanding of statistical xqbhyrx methods for experimental/observational data
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, Looker, Superset, etc)
Good presentation and communication skills
Experience with A/B Testing & Product Analytics
Nice-to-have: Cards/Payments domain in fintech; quantitative research experience; AI analytics familiarity
