In this role you will manage international payroll operations for Spain and coordinate with external providers for Italy and Portugal. You will resolve payroll questions, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance across social security and local regulations. You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams in a global, inclusive environment. This is an hands-on position ideal for building international payroll expertise within a collaborative IT company.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Payroll execution for Spain, including bonuses, overtime, benefits in kind, and tax components
• Coordinate inputs/outputs with external payroll providers in Italy and Portugal
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, taxation, and deductions




• Ensure social security compliance and manage records, contracts, registrations/terminations, and leaves in Spain
• Maintain Personnel Department databases and collaborate with Finance to reconcile payroll
Responsabilidades
• 2–3 years of relevant payroll experience
• Degree in Labour Relations, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in an operational, hands-on payroll role with end-to-end payroll processes xqbhyrx
• International payroll experience preferred
• Experience with payroll systems or institutions (Spain and other countries) and familiarity with tools like SUMMAR, SDWORX, META4, A3NOM, SAP; Workday is a plus
