A private company in the aeronautics sector is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) and Labor Relations Specialist to support its ongoing operations. In this position, you will be responsible for managing regulatory adherence, internal labor relations, and health and safety procedures. Your core tasks include:

- Providing comprehensive support to the company in all areas of Labor Relations and employment matters.
- Coordinating and implementing Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) protocols across operational activities.
- Monitoring workplace safety guidelines and labor legislation to maintain full regulatory compliance.
- Assisting with internal health risk prevention evaluations and risk mitigation procedures.
- Serving as a reliable internal contact for occupational safety and labor-related matters.





To be considered for this opening, you must fulfill the following formal requirements:

- A completed Master's or Postgraduate degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (Prevención de Riesgos Laborales) is essential.
- A recognized university degree in either Labor Relations (Relaciones Laborales) or Law (Derecho) is essential.
- A minimum of 1 year of verified professional experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Spanish labor legislation and occupational safety frameworks.
- A detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive work methodology.

The position offers a stable permanent contract (contrato fijo) on a full-time basis. Your working schedule runs from Monday to Friday with rotating shifts, either from 09:00 to 17:00 or from 10:00 to 18:00, providing structured weekday hours. The gross annual salary is between 25,000 EUR and 28,000 EUR, with the exact figure determined based on your professional experience and candidate profile.
