Associació per a la salut mental is seeking a qualified Gardening Vocational Teacher in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will deliver technical training modules within the Initial Qualification Program (PQI) for assistant roles in nurseries, gardens, and garden centers, guiding students toward successful workplace integration.

Your key responsibilities:

- Program, deliver, and evaluate technical competence units according to the curriculum.
- Coordinate activities with the non-work practical training modules.
- Monitor individual student progress and provide educational support throughout the training.
- Coordinate regularly with multidisciplinary educational teams.

Your qualifications and requirements:





- Higher Vocational Training Degree (Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior).
- Certificate of Professionalism in Vocational Training for Employment (SSCE0110) or meeting equivalent regulatory exemption requirements (in cases of candidate shortage, expert trainers from the productive sector may be considered under RD 659/2023).
- Language proficiency: Catalan (C1) and English (B2).
- User-level computer skills.
- Valid driver's license (Class B).

What the position offers:

- Interim contract (interinatge) with an estimated duration of 10 months.
- Part-time schedule from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.
- Gross annual salary of 19,908.79 EUR.
- Planned start date: September 16, 2026.
