Overview In this role you independently manage high-volume renewal cycles across assigned accounts, optimizing renewal workflows and supporting customer retention. You leverage CRM, data analysis, and workflow automation to execute renewals and address churn risks. You collaborate with procurement, AEs, CSMs, and partners to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities. This position offers meaningful impact by driving predictable renewal execution and customer success at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Own end-to-end renewal motions and execute full renewal workflows across regional accounts
- Close renewals with timely, accurate execution with minimal guidance
- Drive and close seat expansions at renewal using standard playbooks
- Monitor auto-renew status and intervene to prevent churn using data insights




- Interact with customer procurement to ensure renewal accuracy
- Mentor less experienced colleagues as appropriate

Requisitos principales
- 2–4 years experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success in software/SaaS
- Fluency in English plus French
- Proven ability to manage high-volume renewal cycles independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence outcomes
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and renewal workflows
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple renewal motions
