Overview

As Founding Account Executive for Factorial IT in the DACH market, you will shape a new product line within a fast-growing SaaS company. You'll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, influencing GTM strategy, messaging, and customer experience. You'll engage IT leaders to show how Factorial IT unifies people, devices, and SaaS tools on one platform. This role offers the opportunity to build from the ground up and directly impact ARR growth and product direction.

Responsabilidades
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
- Lead discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations with IT and Ops decision-makers
- Build consultative relationships and act as a trusted advisor to prospects
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategies




- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing on demos, positioning, and product direction
- Track and forecast opportunities in HubSpot CRM with cross-team alignment
- Support the founding team with GTM execution and strategic alignment

Requisitos principales
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in IT, Cloud, or Operations
- Native or bilingual German, professional English
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Organized, analytical, and capable of pipeline and forecast management
- Passion for technology and the SaaS space
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build, test, and iterate
- Bonus: experience selling to CIOs/IT Managers, ITSM/MDM or SaaS automation, upsell/cross-sell in existing bases
