At IESE Business School, we are looking to incorporate an Associate Director for the National Executive Programs area in Madrid, a key role within one of the most internationally recognized business schools.This is a high-impact role that combines business development, senior stakeholder relationship management, and executive program operations, within one of the world’s leading business schools.

Role purposeThe Associate Director will be responsible for driving the growth of National Executive Education Programs, building and nurturing long-term relationships with senior executives, corporate clients, and alumni, from first contact through admission and beyond.The role blends a strong commercial focus with full responsibility for the participant journey and program delivery experience.

Key responsibilitiesBusiness development & corporate relationsDesign and execution of the marketing and business development planMeetings and presentations to senior executives and HR stakeholders in leading companiesDevelopment of new business opportunities and long-term corporate relationshipsOngoing engagement with corporate clients and alumni networksCandidate lifecycle managementManagement of the full admissions process from enquiry to final admissionContinuous communication and follow-up with candidates and corporate contactsDriving conversion and ensuring cohort occupancy targets are metEvents & representationDesign, organization,



and delivery of promotional events and activitiesPublic presentations and representation of the programs to senior audiencesStrong emphasis on communication, storytelling, and executive presenceProgram managementSupervision of operational staff supporting program delivery on campusCoordination of logistics (classrooms, materials, schedules, participant experience)Ensuring a high-quality hospitality and overall participant journeyCollaboration & developmentContribution to program design together with academic and program leadership teamsMarket benchmarking and trend analysis to support program evolutionParticipation in transversal projects within the department Candidate profileAcademic background: IESE graduate strongly preferred (MBA or Executive Education)Strong experience in business development, sales, or senior client-facing rolesExcellent xugodme communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsStrong organizational and multitasking capabilities in fast-paced environmentsHigh proficiency in CRM systems, databases, PowerPoint, and digital communication toolsEnglish level: C2 proficiency requiredAvailability to travel for business development activitiesAvailability to work some Friday afternoons and Saturday morningsHighly relational, autonomous, and commercially driven profile What’s on offerA unique opportunity to join a globally recognized institution, with strong exposure to senior executives and leading companies, and a direct impact on the growth and positioning of executive education programs in Spain.
