Overview In this role you will support avionics and mission system integration testing across ground and flight environments. You will work within the Integration Test & Analysis team to prepare, execute, analyse and report test activities aligned with program-specific V&V; plans. You will contribute to development, certification and qualification tests, coordinating with design offices and test centers to ensure timely progress.

This position offers exposure to multiple aircraft programs and a chance to influence test methodologies in a high-technology aerospace environment.

Responsabilidades
- Prepare and execute integration tests on ground aircraft and support flight test activities
- Contribute to Integrated Test Team discussions and test planning
- Assist with development, certification and qualification lab/rig testing per Test Program requirements
- Ensure and support appropriate V&V; strategy and monitor test progress
- Review and optimize Test Requests and test planning




- Interface with Design Offices, Certification authorities and Test Integrators to support certification meetings and produce necessary test plans/reports
- Provide system architecture and design support for Avionics & Mission Systems integration
- Identify and analyze system misbehaviours and report impact to the designer
- Improve data analysis methodologies and manage testing priorities

Requisitos principales
- At least 5 years of experience in Integration Testing (RIG/LAB level) for AVS/MISSION systems
- Strong understanding of Integration & Tests route map
- Ability to meet timescales and milestones
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
- English and Spanish negotiation level
- Experience with human factors competencies is a plus
- NATO SECRET would be valued
- Open-minded for process and tool improvements
