Overview

As Senior Leader for Global AVS Digital Integrations, you shape the AVS ecosystem and its regional execution across markets. You will lead a cross-functional team to advance digital health solutions, optimize customer workflows, and ensure flawless integration delivery. Your work drives interoperability and secure data flows between devices, software, and services. This role offers strategic influence, global scope, and the chance to impact how customers receive digital health solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Set regional vision, priorities, goals, and operating rhythm for Digital Architects, Project Managers, and technical specialists
- Develop and retain a high-performing regional team with clear ownership, handoffs, escalations, and documentation expectations
- Translate integral AVS priorities into regional plans and execution
- Own regional AVS integration processes for AVS products, legacy & Unity devices, and related software or SaaS/SaMD offerings
- Drive customer connectivity and interoperability across TCP/IP, DICOM, HL7, FHIR, EHR/EMR, PACS, firewalls, routers, VPNs, servers, and related networks
- Define data-flow maps and integration designs supporting workflow, security, privacy, and readiness
- Oversee project plans, surveys, readiness docs, SOPs, playbooks, SOW support, and customer expectations
- Ensure installation phases, risk management, issue tracking, change management, status reporting, and handoffs occur on time
- Act as regional escalation lead for complex technical, customer, operational, or cross-functional issues




- Define and monitor KPIs/OKRs for installation timing, integration quality, support, proactive monitoring, and customer experience
- Identify gaps, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, docs, and staffing
- Partner with Commercial, Service, Clinical, Legal, R&D;, Product Engineering, IT, Security/Privacy, customers, and vendors to deliver integrated outcomes

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years leading technical, architecture, project delivery, or cross-functional digital integration teams
- 10+ years in IT platforms, healthcare technology, or systems integration (preferred)
- 5+ years experience with healthcare customers and delivering integration solutions in complex environments
- Experience with medical device or healthcare IT environments, including customer service, customer satisfaction, and contractual commitments
- Proven project management discipline (plans, risks, issues, change management, documentation, stakeholder alignment)
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving across executive, technical, and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English
- Willingness for travel up to 25-30%
