Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in the IT industry;
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS partnership programs;
- Track record of successfully passing AWS competencies and service delivery programs;
- Experience generating referred leads and supporting internal teams through AWS activities;
- Proficiency in preparing and submitting opportunities via the AWS portal;
- Strong relationship-building skills with AWS representatives; an existing network is a strong advantage;
- Practical experience working with AWS partner funding programs (MDF, PoC, MAP, etc.);
- Familiarity with well-architected frameworks and best practices;
- Strong research and analytical abilities;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;




- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and in asynchronous environments;
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with Google Cloud or other cloud providers;
- Experience in partner engagement and enablement;
- Exposure to emerging technical partnerships;
- Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts;
- Experience working in a KPI-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

- Drive rapid growth of the AWS partnership (both in revenue and strategic presence);
- Design and launch new service offerings across the company;
- Initiate and scale new strategic partnerships.
