The business is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase and, as such, is seeking a self-motivated, determined, and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Spain.
Your Role (Key Responsibilities)
- Drive business development and manage client relationships
- Manage leads, client meetings, and partnership agreements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain accurate CRM updates (e.g., HubSpot)
- Support international market and client growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field.
- 2-7 years in B2B sales, business development, or client account management (fresh graduates with strong negotiation skills are welcome).
- Proven ability to manage B2B sales pipelines, handle corporate client relations, and close deals.
- Fluent English (spoken & written) required. Fluency in European languages is a plus.
- Background in fashion trends, retail brands, or global apparel supply chains is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Must have valid full working rights in Spain.
