We are looking for a Business Development Manager for Hipra Human Health.

The mission of this role will be to support the execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the Human Health (Bimervax), ensuring effective coordination between functions, stakeholders and projects. The role will act as a project facilitator and coordinator, supporting business priorities, strategic initiatives and operational execution while providing project management, analysis and organizational support to divisional leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Project Management

- Support project planning, timeline definition, risk identification and follow-up of key deliverables.
- Facilitate alignment among functions involved in strategic initiatives.




- Track project progress and prepare status updates, dashboards and reports for leadership teams.
- Ensure action plans are implemented and deadlines are met.
- Organize and manage cross-functional meetings, ensuring proper preparation, documentation and follow-up.
- Support the resolution of operational and organizational issues affecting project execution.
- Support initiatives aimed at stakeholder engagement, market development and strategic projects related to Bimervax.
- Coordinate information gathering across countries, partners and functions.
- Consolidate insights and learnings from different geographies and stakeholders to support decision-making

Business Analysis

- Collect, structure and analyze market, customer and business information to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the preparation of business cases, presentations, reports and management materials.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities, challenges and improvement initiatives for the Vaccines team.
- Assist in the evaluation and prioritization of strategic projects and business initiatives.

Stakeholder & External Engagement support:

- Support interactions with external stakeholders including partners, customers, industry organizations, consultants and scientific networks.
- Coordinate follow-up actions resulting from external meetings, conferences and partnership discussions.
- Maintain organized records of contacts, initiatives and ongoing opportunities.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for customer and partner meetings when required.
