About the role As our Junior Creative Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in shaping the teams behind the work by will helping us grow our community of talent. You’ll work side by side with our Talent and Creative teams to spot, engage, and bring in the best people across creative, strategy, production, and social.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Talent and Hiring teams, learn the ins and outs of creative recruitment, and bring your own energy and ideas to the process. Partner with the Talent team to support full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, production, and client teams.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (full life cycle), from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.




Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing on social platforms and professional networks, including active searches on LinkedIn.
Keep our ATS and talent database organized and up to date.
Establish and manage internship agreements and partnerships with universities and creative schools.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or coordination, ideally in a creative, digital, or agency setting.
~ A confident communicator who builds genuine relationships both in Spanish and in English.
~ Remote flex Fridays from 8:00 AM to 3 PM.
Three weeks of remote work per year.
Summer working hours across July and August (9:00 AM to 4.00 PM).
Free English & Spanish classes to boost your integral communication skills.
Holidays: 22 working days + 3 days established by the collective agreement + national and local public holidays.
