Overview In this role, you will lead and grow strategic accounts across lodging, restaurants, long-term care, and other facilities, delivering Ecolab's integrated solutions that combine technology, service, and training. You will nurture ongoing partnerships, expand offerings, and drive sales and profitability for assigned and new accounts. You'll work with cross-functional teams to develop account strategies and negotiate terms.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential corporate customers to achieve sales objectives
- Lead negotiations, reviews, and contracts including terms, pricing, and KPI alignment




- Manage portfolio and renewals to maximize profitability
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver value and expand penetration within client organizations
- Sell Ecolab's value proposition and innovations, focusing on technology, information, and service excellence
- Act as brand ambassador for cleaning, safety, water, sustainability, and innovation initiatives

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's Degree
- 8+ years of B2B field sales experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid commercial understanding including financial acumen and analytics
- Good organization and attention to detail
- Ability to use CRM, Excel, and PowerPoint
