You will join the Cloud Operations team to spearhead crucial infrastructure and automation initiatives, connecting global cloud strategies with reliable, day-to-day operational excellence.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As Cloud Operations Engineer, you'll take full ownership of technical deliverables and operational stability supporting multi-cloud environments across Azure and AWS platforms.

- Update, maintain, and drive cloud infrastructure reliability, performance, and scaling strategies
- Design and execute end-to-end DevOps automation via CI/CD pipelines to deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
- Manage Azure networking configurations (VNETs, NSGs) and maintain robust environment workflows via self-service automation
- Identify operational risks early and proactively deploy Policy-as-Code and security controls to maintain environment stability
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripting solutions using Python, PowerShell, YAML,



or KQL
- Manage operational priorities, tickets, and weekly action logs across fast-paced projects, ensuring key service timelines are met
- Collaborate directly with integral engineering leads, application teams, security, and ITIL service management stakeholders

OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?

- Strong hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure operations, deployment automation, and system administration
- Deep operational understanding of multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS), networking, data stores, IAM, and OS management
- Proven experience in a technical team within complex, matrixed environments
- Solid project coordination and execution skills, with a track record of balancing day-to-day operations and project-based objectives
- Demonstrated experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and CI/CD automation tools
- Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL-based service management practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Professional fluency in English with clear, concise technical and non-technical communication skills
