This rapidly scaling start-up is building an AI-native platform that lets enterprise clients run high-volume operations through autonomous, conversational agents — voice, chat and messaging, deployed across dozens of countries in over 60 languages, for some of the largest employers in the world.

The company's core technical challenge is multi-agent orchestration that stays rock-solid at scale — reliable, secure and observable whether it's deployed for a healthcare provider in the US or a retailer in Latin America.

Founded by an experienced team with two prior successful exits, backed by a top-tier European VC, and already trusted by household-name enterprise customers.

About the role

You'll own the company's largest, most complex end-to-end accounts — Fortune 500-scale enterprises with multi-country operations, deep integrations and C-level stakeholders. This isn't Customer Success and it isn't Project Management — it's an outcome-first seat, measured on business impact rather than deployments completed.

You'll map customer operations end-to-end to define the right problems and success metrics,



then lead enterprise deployments from post-sale through to production in genuinely messy environments — multiple stakeholders, legacy systems, change resistance. You'll drive adoption through training, enablement and close operational partnership, and you'll own the story of ROI: time-to-hire reduction, fill rates, cost savings, hours reclaimed.

You'll partner daily with the Forward Deployed Engineering team to ship solutions aligned with customer strategy, spot and develop expansion opportunities across teams, countries and modules, and feed structured customer insight straight back into product.

✅ Must have requirements (most of the below):

- Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- At least 3-4 years in management consulting, enterprise customer success, or delivery (ideally SaaS/tech, or operations)
- Comfortable working closely with engineers — APIs, data flows, integrations
- Proven track record managing large, complex accounts and building trusted C-level relationships
- Hands-on experience owning implementations or complex customer engagements end-to-end
- Strong operations and workflow architecture intuition — you think in systems, not tasks
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time
- Extreme ownership, low ego, outcome-first mindset, structured and decisive
- Startup pace and mentality - high energy, ownership, proactiveness, hunger to innovate and succeed, comfortable operating with ambiguity

? Bonus points for:

- An additional major European language (German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, etc.)
- Experience working in a world-class management consultancy (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, Bain etc.)
