Run a boutique hotel in Spain, with the backing of YOUNG.

YOUNG.Hotels Dénia is entering its next chapter. We are investing in an expansion towards 17 rooms, with a target of welcoming guests into the expanded hotel in March 2027.

We are looking for an experienced hospitality entrepreneur—or an entrepreneurial couple—to lead the operation and build a thriving business under the YOUNG.Hotels name.

The opportunity

Our ambition is a welcoming destination combining comfortable accommodation, food and personal hospitality. The expanded hotel is planned to accommodate approximately 40 guests, with full-board packages and a restaurant that also welcomes local visitors.

The hotel remains open during the refurbishment, accommodating guests and groups with a breakfast offering. You will help manage that transition and prepare the team for the next phase.

What you bring You take responsibility for the daily operation and its commercial performance. You recruit and lead the local team, deliver a consistently good guest experience and manage the business against a clear budget.

Your responsibilities include

- Hotel operations, reservations, housekeeping and guest service.
- Staffing, scheduling and team development.
- Preparing budgets and managing revenue, costs and performance.
- Coordinating the food and beverage operation with the chef and restaurant team.




- Developing opportunities for groups, retreats and local partnerships.
- Preparing the operation for the expansion while maintaining service during refurbishment.

How the partnership works This is an opportunity to operate your own hospitality business within the YOUNG model.

You manage the operation and agreed operating costs. YOUNG receives an agreed percentage of accommodation and/or other operating revenue, with the precise scope established together. Your earnings depend on the performance of the business after costs and agreed fees.

We will define the responsibilities, startup requirements and financial terms together, based on a practical business plan. The role of the existing team will also be agreed before starting.

Who we are looking for

You have proven experience running a hotel, boutique accommodation or a comparable hospitality business. You enjoy being present, leading people and taking ownership of results.

You can build a budget, recruit a reliable team and turn a concept into a well-run business. You are comfortable with entrepreneurial freedom and clear brand standards.

You must be able to work locally in Dénia. Strong English and the ability to operate effectively in Spanish are important.
