The Role

We're looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to own the technical deployment of VoiceB at new and existing enterprise clients: telephony, integrations and automations.

Agent behavior and prompting are already handled by our Agent Studio, so this is not a prompt-engineering role. Your challenge is everything around the agent: connecting it to the client's telephony, CRM and messaging stack, and making sure it goes live and stays live.

You will turn signed deals into working, production deployments.

Configure Twilio, SIP trunks and PBX/carrier setups.

Integrate with Salesforce / HubSpot and other CRMs.

Connect WhatsApp and orchestrate flows with Make / n8n.

Debug integrations end to end, with the client's IT team.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the CTO.

This is a hands-on execution role with direct revenue impact.

What You'll Do

Telephony & Voice Infrastructure

- Configure and troubleshoot Twilio, SIP trunks, DIDs and PBX/carrier setups.
- Design and support call routing and call flow logic for enterprise clients.
- Debug telephony issues jointly with client IT and telecom teams.

Integrations & Automation
- Integrate VoiceB with Salesforce, HubSpot or custom CRMs.
- Connect WhatsApp Business and other channels into the client's flow.
- Build and maintain automations with Make, n8n and webhooks; map JSON payloads.
- Align outcomes with CRM stages and campaign/attribution tracking.

Customer Onboarding & Deployment
- Lead technical onboarding for new clients, from kickoff to go-live,



in English and Spanish.
- Translate business requirements into working integrations and configuration (agent logic itself lives in Agent Studio).
- Own the deployment checklist: telephony, CRM, WhatsApp, automations, monitoring.

Product Collaboration

- Support the CTO on lightweight technical tasks (configuration, QA, tooling).
- Feed integration gaps and recurring blockers back into the product roadmap.
- Contribute to internal documentation and onboarding playbooks.

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of experience in a technical, client-facing role (Forward Deployed Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Developer with client exposure).
- Hands-on experience with telephony: Twilio, SIP trunks, PBX or carrier/DID setups.
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API integrations.
- Comfortable building with Make, n8n or similar automation/orchestration tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, JSON and webhooks.
- Experience integrating Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Comfortable debugging live production flows and reading logs.
- Fluent English and Spanish.

Bonus

- Experience in high-volume inbound / contact center environments.
- Prior exposure to voice AI, IVR or conversational platforms.
- Experience in revenue optimization / conversion flows.

- Not a prompt-engineering role - agent behavior is owned by Agent Studio.
- Not a pure research AI role.
- Not a customer support job.
- Not a pure backend engineering position.

This is revenue-facing technical execution, deployed directly into client infrastructure.
