Experteer Overview
In this Solutions Architect role, you define the technical strategy for customer accounts, guiding architecture decisions and platform adoption to anchor customers' data and AI initiatives. You will partner with customer technical leads and cross-functional teams, shaping scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics. You’ll be a trusted advisor, drive technical wins, and contribute to a developing domain specialization within the team. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic influence to accelerate Databricks adoption at scale.

• Lead complex architecture discussions spanning data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or similar senior role
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding and debugging demonstrated
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture, scalable pipelines, streaming, lakehouse patterns, cloud-native platforms
• Proficiency with the Databricks Platform (or ability to become proficient quickly) and development of a technical specialization
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders
• Experience with production deployments on public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) including security and governance
• Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth
• Excellent communication skills to translate architectures to business value for technical and executive audiences
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience)
