As Global Category Manager in Digital Procurement at Sanofi, you will own end-to-end strategy for Software, IT Services, and Strategic Hardware across the enterprise. You will drive complex negotiations, nurture strategic supplier relationships, and deliver meaningful savings as part of our AI-powered procurement transformation. You’ll work with senior stakeholders to align global plans with local execution, shaping the digital sourcing agenda at scale.

This role offers a meaningful impact on procurement excellence, sustainability, and supplier diversity within a matrix, general environment.

Responsabilidades

Design and execute competitive category strategies using market intelligence and long-range planning

Lead strategic negotiations, globalization and harmonization programs, and critical supplier escalations

Build sub-category roadmaps with project and savings pipelines aligned to budgets

Establish risk mitigation plans with supplier assessments and scorecards





Engage senior leaders to align procurement strategies with business goals

Partner with Country Procurement Heads to translate global strategies locally

Coach and develop Global Lead Buyers and domain teams

Foster procurement excellence, ethics, and continuous improvement

Requisitos principales

15+ years in Procurement or related field with proven expertise in Digital/IT category management at global scale

Masters degree (minimum)

Fluent English; other languages a plus

Strong negotiation skills in complex, global contracts

Strategic, xugodme analytical thinker with results-driven mindset

Excellent communicator capable of engaging C-suite stakeholders

Ability to influence across multicultural, matrix organizations

Solid understanding of SLAs and KPIs and business/legal/operational dimensions

Commitment to high ethical standards and business integrity communication excellence strategic thinking influence and stakeholder management
