As Corporate MAP Operations Officer, you coordinate and govern global Pricing & Reimbursement activities to support launch readiness and timely milestones. You act as the operational bridge among affiliates, commercial partners, and global teams, driving risk management and process compliance to enable patient access. This role blends project management with cross-functional coordination to sustain launches and ongoing market access initiatives.

You will work in a collaborative, impact-driven environment focused on delivering measurable access outcomes.

Responsabilidades

Coordinate global P&R; activities to ensure launch readiness and milestone alignment across markets

Drive governance and process compliance, ensuring adherence to SOPs and frameworks

Monitor progress, manage deliverables, and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks





Serve as main coordination point between affiliates, partners, and global teams for decision-making

Support Market Access & Pricing initiatives through project management and continuous improvement activities

Requisitos principales

Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Health Economics, Pharmacy, or related field

Experience in project management, market access, pricing, commercialization, operations, or similar cross-functional pharmaceutical environment

Strong organizational and planning skills with multiple projects and stakeholders

Excellent xugodme stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence internationals teams

Ability to operate in a highly matrixed, international setting

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proactive risk mitigation

Experience with governance frameworks, processes, and operational excellence initiatives is valued

High accountability, attention to detail, and delivery orientation

Fluent English (written and spoken)
