Role Summary:This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day delivery of services within the Central Oversight team, with a strong focus on meeting client deadlines accurately and on time. You will assist with monitoring service providers, tracking deliverables and supporting Management Companies in meeting their regulatory obligations. The position offers hands‑on exposure to a broad range of investment fund structures across multiple jurisdictions, particularly within the Luxembourg and Irish financial services markets.

Job specification:

- Support the monitoring of third‑party service providers (administrators, transfer agents, depositaries) and maintain oversight records
- Assist in reviewing fund accounting data and key performance indicators (KPIs) under supervision
- Contribute to due diligence activities and ongoing service provider assessments
- Escalate identified issues and support the documentation of risks and remediation actions
- Prepare and maintain reports, management information and supporting documentation
- Support issue tracking and follow‑up activities with service providers
- Participate in service review meetings and support on‑site reviews where required




- Assist with process improvement initiatives and the enhancement of team procedures
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client services.

Skills Required:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Initial experience in fund administration, fund accounting, depositary operations, audit or a related financial services environment
- Basic understanding of investment funds and regulatory frameworks; knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD would be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a collaborative and service‑oriented mindset
- Eager to learn, proactive and motivated to develop within the funds industry
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Spanish would be considered an advantage
