Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end projects to enhance customer experience and align with global CSX strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, translate customer insights into improvements, and oversee initiatives from design to outcomes. You’ll drive continuous improvement, manage KPIs, and ensure governance and sustainability standards. This role offers the chance to shape customer-centric processes across multiple markets and functions. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Own end-to-end project management: design, planning, delivery, cost, and outcome evaluation • Apply a strong customer-centric mindset in all stakeholder interactions • Collaborate across Global SC, Regional SC, GBS+, dX, Functions, and Business Units • Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights (Voice of Customer) • Oversee CRM system implementation and identify improvement opportunities • Contribute recommendations impacting CSX strategy • Lead business and IT projects to improve customer experience and process harmonization • Support customer service initiatives that drive retention and new business • Communicate local action plans and link them to global CSX strategy • Identify, evaluate, and implement customer experience improvement projects • Design and roll out tools, processes, and initiatives aligned to General CSX • Lead cross-functional and country implementation teams • Collaborate with CSX, CoE, GBS+,



and Supply Chain teams • Drive continuous improvement through innovation and structured project plans • Manage performance using KPIs and reporting tools • Set objectives, monitor progress, and take corrective actions • Plan activities to ensure efficiency, continuity, and customer satisfaction • Ensure compliance with Henkel standards, SHE, and sustainability requirements Responsabilidades • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field • Fluent English; German/French/Spanish advantageous • 3-5 years in Project Management, PMO, Management Consulting, or cross-functional Supply Chain projects • Basic understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes (Customer Service, Logistics, Planning, Sales, Order Management) • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with international collaboration • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills for executive presentations and data analysis • Basic knowledge of Power BI and hands-on experience with AI tools to boost productivity • Experience in customer-facing environments (Customer Experience, retail, or B2B) is a plus • Proactive, open-minded, collaborative with structured project execution and governance Requisitos principales • Flexible work scheme • Hybrid work model • Global wellbeing standards • Gender-neutral parental leave • Employee Share Plan with Henkel matching shares • Meal Allowance
