Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a small institutional sales team

- Drive sales of liquidity for financial instruments

- Support ongoing institutional client services

- Assist in executing marketing initiatives and projects

- Organize daily team operations and sales processes

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in liquidity sales to institutions and brokers

- Strong leadership skills or experience managing sales/support teams





- Excellent knowledge of financial markets, competition, and key products (CFDs, Options, Crypto)

- Proven track record in B2B financial sales

- Highly organized with strong communication and management skills

- Experience in marketing projects is a plus
