With 96.5% of our staff expressing high satisfaction in being part of this family, we are currently seeking a Plant Operator for our offices located in Spain.Location 100% on-site in Spain.Requirements- Technical degree in Mechanics, Electricity, Plant Operations, Chemical Processes, Instrumentation or related fields.- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in field operations in industrial facilities, preferably in sectors such as oil, gas, power generation, petrochemical or mining.- Participation in routine and special operational maneuvers, including start-ups, shutdowns, draining, purging and equipment alignment.- Familiarity with the safe operation of static and rotating equipment, such as pumps, valves, compressors, filters, fans and process lines.- Experience in the application of operational procedures and compliance with HSE regulations.- Direct collaboration with control room operators and maintenance teams in the execution of scheduled and corrective tasks.- Recording and documentation of operational data,
