Xygeni is a European application security company. We protect the entire software supply chain: the code, the dependencies, the CI/CD pipelines, the secrets, and the AI now writing a growing share of that code. Our platform unifies findings from across a customer's security tooling and applies AI triage, explanation, and remediation on top of all of them.

From our base in Spain, we are ISO 27001 certified and trusted by enterprise security teams across

EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Demand is accelerating in all three. This role is how we meet it.

This is product ownership and product operations in one seat: you set the direction, and you build the machine that makes the direction repeatable.

What you will own

- Product strategy and roadmap across our three lines: ASPM, Software Supply Chain Security, and

AI Security.
- The trade-offs that shape the company: what we build, what we deliberately do not, and in what order. You will be the person who says no, with reasons.
- Product operations: release planning, launch readiness across Marketing, Sales and Solution

Engineering, and the rituals that keep discovery, delivery and go-to-market on the same page.
- Continuous discovery with enterprise customers across our regions: CISOs, AppSec leads, and the developers using the product daily.
- The partnership with engineering: you set the what and the why, the Lab leads the how.
- The metrics that prove the product is winning: adoption, activation, retention, expansion.

What we are looking for





- 6+ years in product management, at least 2 leading a product function or a significant product area in B2B SaaS.
- Real experience in security, DevOps, or developer tooling. You should hold your own in a conversation with a security engineer.
- A track record of shipping, not just planning. We want the decisions you made and what happened next.
- Product operations instinct: you have built the cadence, the launch process, or the prioritisation framework that let a team scale without you in every meeting.
- Fluency with an enterprise buyer (CISO) and a developer user at the same time. Both matter, and they behave differently.
- English at professional level, since our customer base spans three regions. Spanish is a strong plus.

Nice to have

- Experience with AI-native products, or with bringing AI capabilities into an established platform.
- Exposure to enterprise sales and a self-serve motion in the same company.
- Familiarity with the European regulatory drivers shaping our market: NIS2, DORA, CRA, EU AI Act.
